The One is a residential and services building located on the corner between Avenida João XXI and Rua Cidade de Bucharest, next to the headquarters of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, benefiting from a privileged location on the Avenidas Novas axis. Consisting of 65 apartments, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, the building stands out for its open and transparent façade, offering wide views of the city through large glazed planes. Its aesthetic is marked by the combination of concrete, golden aluminum and transparent glass, giving it a visual lightness and harmony with its urban surroundings. This architectural project was developed in partnership with architect Eduardo Souto de Moura.
