Residential and service building, located on the corner of Avenida João XXI and Rua Cidade de Bucareste, immediately next to the headquarters of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, with a privileged location on the axis of the new avenues, with 65 apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. It has a façade that is open and transparent to the views of the city with large glazed planes. Its aesthetic composition of concrete, golden aluminum and transparent glass gives it a visual lightness and harmony with its surroundings. This architectural project was designed in partnership with architect Eduardo Souto de Moura.
