The K-Tower building has a modern, environmentally conscious architectural design. The building is constructed in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM certification, with innovative sustainable solutions from the choice of materials to the construction methodologies. It was awarded the Prize in the Offices category and Excellence in Efficiency and Sustainability at the National Real Estate Awards 2024 by Magazine Imobiliário. The architectural project was developed in partnership with Saraiva e Associados.
