Residential building in Miraflores with 34 flats ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms with modern, comfortable and functional spaces. Privileged location with full views of the Tagus River estuary and Monsanto Forest Park.
This was the remodelling of an existing office building into a residential building, which was completely modified to provide all the spaces and rooms with the most modern and up-to-date infrastructures. The design of the exterior façades was entirely adapted to more contemporary lines with the aim of conveying a more up-to-date character and enjoying the views of the surroundings. Contrasting white façades and dark openings with a disruptive design and proportional geometric lines.
